XMission Personal Staff Colo Servers
I have an overall set of rough ideas from IT, Computer Science, and Mathematics that I would like to examine and test, with access to computer hardware with space and bandwidth.
Physical Servers
Explanation
Hardware was inherited from previous job to keep and maintain backups. I utilized Solaris 11 to build a central storage device and these servers were intended to in some way keep zfs snapshot streams offsite. I tested several software stacks and while doing so kept a Solaris 11 VM to send the snapshot streams to, but after a couple of snafu's I decided to solidify the backup scheme. So two of the machines are dedicated to just hosting offsite backups for Inwest now.
